Have you ever hear of geotagging?
Basically, geotagging is a feature that is associated with the camera tool on many of today’s smart phones. It allows you to find the specific location in which a photo was taken. This can become an issue for many people who post pictures on social media platforms, because it may allow other people to track your specific location.
Geotags can be viewed very simply by right clicking the photo. The geotag will typically show the exact latitude and longitude of a photograph. However, there is no need to worry because geatagging feature can be easily turned off.
Follow these steps:
- All you have to do is go to your settings
- Then privacy,
- Then location services.
- Once you are in the location services, all you have to do is turn the location services OFF on only the camera.
