This Sunday marks a holiday full of tricks and pranks, April Fools’ Day. We were going to start out this blog post telling you that your Wisconsin insurance policies were no longer effective, but we thought that may be taking April Fools a bit too far.
Instead of tricking you about your insurance policies, we’ve compiled this list of easy and relatively harmless pranks to plan on your family come Sunday.
- Blue milk. Tinge your child’s or partner’s milk blue (or any other color) by adding a few drops of food coloring. The unexpected color is an unexpected and great prank.
- Backwards dinner. Bake meatloaf in a muffin pan and “frost” with mashed potatoes so that it looks like a cupcake. Then serve pound cake cut into thin strips and served with red frosting to look like French fries for dessert. Your family will be surprised with this backwards meal!
- Hide someone’s cell phone by taping it under a chair, putting it in a cabinet, or some other unseen place. Repeatedly call the phone (secretly, of course) and watch as the owner struggles to find their phone.
More pranks can be found here. Have a fun (and safe) April Fools’ Day and we’d love to hear about or see pictures of the pranks you pull—feel free to post about them on our Facebook wall or Tweet us!
