This Saturday, May 10th, the Stevens Point Area Senior High (SPASH) will be hosting the 22nd Annual Portage County Cultural Festival. This event is known as one of the premier ethnic festivals in the Midwest. The festival offers a variety of vendors with a wide array of cultural backgrounds.There will be over 50 ethnic groups represented. Beginning at 10am, the Portage County Cultural Festival will be an all day fun-filled event.
Start off your day by viewing all of the different ethnic art demonstrations. Next, you can indulge in some delicious international cuisine. After you have satisfied your appetite, go see some entertainment on one of the six different stages. Also, take a little time to check out all the crafts on display from around the world. There will also be hands-on activities that are perfect for children of all ages.
